Abstract:
A mute furniture hinge. The mute furniture hinge comprises a hinge cup (1), a fixing base (2), and a hinge tongue (3); one end of the hinge tongue (3) is fixedly connected to the fixing base (2), and the other end of the hinge tongue (3) is in shaft connection to the hinge cup (1) by means of a rotating shaft (4); a torsional spring (5) is mounted in the hinge cup (1), one end of the torsional spring (5) abuts against a wall surface of the hinge cup (1), and the other end of the torsional spring (5) abuts against the hinge tongue (3); a mute slide block (6) made of plastic is provided between the torsional spring (5) and the hinge tongue (3), and the mute slide block (6) is fitted over the rotating shaft (4) and stays relatively stationary with respect to the hinge tongue (3). The arrangement of the mute slide block (6) avoids noise generated due to direct friction between metals, improves the user experience, and facilitates prolonging the service life of the torsional spring (5). The mute slide block (6) stays relatively stationary, so that normal opening and closing of the hinge are effectively guaranteed.
