Abstract:
Disclosed is a mute self-generating generator, comprising a rotor excitation magnet and a stator power generation armature. The rotor excitation magnet comprises a three-layer structure in which the layers are attached to one another, the three layers respectively being a rotor main body layer, consisting of a non-magnetic conductive material, a rotor magnetic conductive layer, consisting of a magnetic conductive material, and a rotor excitation layer, consisting of multiple permanent magnets alternatingly arranged in a circumferential direction according to N and S poles, polarities of the permanent magnets being arranged in a radial direction. The stator power generation armature has multiple cylindrical induction magnetic poles extending in the direction toward the rotor excitation magnet, and generator winding having a three-phase, two-partition fractional slot concentrated winding circuit structure is wound on the cylindrical induction magnetic poles. The present invention improves the power and efficiency of the mute self-generating electric generator while ensuring low noise.
