Abstract:
The present invention relates to a MXene transistor and a bio-sensor comprising same, and, more specifically, to: a MXene channel member comprising MXene (Ti3C2) and an olfactory receptor immobilized in MXene (Ti3C2); a MXene transistor comprising a substrate, a MXene channel layer arranged on the substrate, and a pair of electrodes arranged to be spaced apart from each other on the substrate, the MXene channel layer including an olfactory receptor immobilized in MXene (Ti3C2); and a bio-sensor including the MXene transistor.
