Abstract:
Disclosed is an N-(5-morpholinylthiazol-2-yl)formamide compound with a structure as shown in formula I, wherein R in the formula is as defined in the description. The compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof disclosed in the present invention has the effects of promoting Aβ clearance and inhibiting Tau protein hyperphosporylation, and also has the effect of improving memory impairment in an APP/PS1 transgenic AD model mouse, and is promising in terms of being developed into a novel anti-Alzheimer's disease drug.
