Abstract:
The present invention relates to an N-phase closed transition transfer switch and, more particularly, to an N-phase closed transition transfer switch configured such that a transfer occurs while a neutral contact for normal power supply and a neutral contact for emergency power supply are overlapped, thereby protecting various kinds of electronic equipment on the load side more safely. To this end, there is provided an N-phase closed transition transfer switch comprising: a case having a load terminal installed thereon; a normal power supply terminal and an emergency power supply terminal installed on one side and on the other side of the case, respectively, such that the same can contact the load terminal; and a closed transfer means for transferring the normal power supply terminal and the emergency power supply terminal to the load terminal one after the other in such a manner that the transfer occurs after the normal power supply terminal and the emergency power supply terminal both contact the load terminal lest a physical time lag should occur during the transfer time, wherein the closed transfer means comprises a pair of rotation means installed on one side and on the other side of the case, respectively, a plurality of linkers arranged to intersect with each other among the pair of rotating means, the normal power supply terminal, and the emergency power supply terminal, and a connector connecting end portions of the plurality of linkers to each other such that the plurality of linkers interwork with each other; and, as the linkers interwork with each other by means of rotation of the rotation means, the normal power supply terminal and the emergency power supply terminal both contact the load terminal or contact the load terminal one after the other.
