Abstract:
The present invention relates to a circuit breaker, and in particular to an N-pole arc extinguishing device inside of a circuit breaker. The present invention employs the following technical solutions: an N-pole arc extinguishing device of a circuit breaker comprises an N-pole static contact, an N-pole moving contact, an arc guide plate, a middle seat, and a base, wherein the N-pole static contact comprises a wiring part, a contact part, and an arc guide part. The N-pole arc extinguishing device is characterized in that: the middle seat and/or the base are provided with clamping grooves; the static contact and the arc guide plate are disposed in the corresponding clamping grooves; the arc guide plate comprises a straight edge, a vertical edge, and a bevel edge, the bevel edge being inclined toward the side of the straight edge, and an arc guide area is formed between the bevel edge and the arc guide part of the N-pole static contact; the side of the vertical edge close to the base is provided with a notch; and an exhaust channel is formed between the notch and the base. By means of using the foregoing solution, the present invention overcomes the problems existing in the prior art, and provides a novel N-pole arc extinguishing device that is provided with moving and static contacts at the N pole and can achieve good arc extinguishing and exhaust functions.
