Abstract:
Disclosed are an N-substituted-3,5-disubstituted benzamide compound and a preparation method and application thereof. The structure of the compound is represented by formula I, wherein m, X, Y, R1, R2, and R3 in formula I are represented as in claims and descriptions. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition containing a compound represented by formula I. The compound of the present invention can be used as a glucokinase activator for preventing and/or treating diseases related to abnormal glucose metabolism.
