Title:
N-TERMINAL AND/OR C-TERMINAL CLEAVED SOLUBLE PH20 POLYPEPTIDE AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/249408
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant PH20 polypeptide in which 1 to 7 amino acid residues have been deleted from the N-terminus of mature animal wild-type PH20, and a use thereof. The PH20 polypeptide, in which enzyme activity and productivity have been increased by deleting the N-terminus and/or C-terminus, provided by the present invention exhibits a higher expression level and greater enzyme activity than existing recombinant PH20 polypeptides, and thus can bring about a reduction in treatment costs resulting from reduced production costs when used industrially.
