Abstract:
A nail head assembly and a suturing and cutting apparatus for endoscopic surgery. The nail head assembly comprises a nail cartridge support (1) provided with a nail cartridge (3), a nail anvil (2), a triggering block that is movably disposed in the nail cartridge (3), a connecting tube (5) that is connected to the nail cartridge support (1), a cutter pushing rod (6) that is movably disposed in the connecting tube (5) and a safety mechanism. A first catching portion (63) is disposed on the near end of the cutter pushing rod (6), and a cutter (7) is disposed on the far end of the cutter pushing rod (6). The cutter (7) is capable of pushing the triggering block to move. The safety mechanism comprises a pressing block (81) provided with a second catching portion (811) and a pushing block (82). The pressing block (81) is capable of rotating between a first position and a second position relative to the connecting tube (5), so that the cutter pushing rod (6) is in a locked state or an unlocked state. The pushing block (82) is capable of moving between a third position and a forth position relative to the connecting tube (5) along the longitudinal direction thereof. When the pushing block (82) moves from the third position to the fourth position, the pushing block (82) pushes the pressing block (81) to rotate from the first position to the second position. The suturing and cutting apparatus for endoscopic surgery comprises the nail head assembly and a body. The nail head assembly and the suturing and cutting apparatus for endoscopic surgery can prevent the cutter pushing rod (6) from moving before the nail cartridge assembly is installed and prevent faulty triggering, and ensure that the cutter pushing rod (6) is correctly installed.
