Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nano 3D printing apparatus, for manufacturing a nanostructure, which is a combination of the idea of an electron microscope (SEM/TEM) and 2D/3D printing and is capable of gathering charged particle droplets in nanosize and printing two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally, thereby enabling 3D printing of a relatively wide area. The present invention comprises: a material supply part for supplying a liquefied material to one side; a nanoparticle forming part for receiving the supply of material from the material supply part and primarily forming nanosized particles; a first magnetic coil part for moving and focusing the nanoparticles formed by the nanoparticle forming part to one side by controlling the nanoparticles; a mask part formed to be movable and for patterning the nanoparticles controlled by the first magnetic coil part on a stage; and a control part for controlling the material supply part, nanoparticle forming part, first magnetic coil part and mask part.
