Abstract:
A nano-composite layer clothing material, the clothing material having the advantages of being antibacterial, self-cleaning, deodorizing and ultraviolet-proof. The clothing material consists of an outer clothing front sheet, a nano finishing layer, an outer clothing layer back sheet, a local deodorant nano finishing layer, an inner clothing layer, an ultraviolet-proof nano finishing layer and local regulation clothing nano self-heating microcapsules; the outermost layer of the clothing front sheet is a self-cleaning and antibacterial layer, the fabrication materials being as follows: a Nano-Pel nano additive, a PBN penetrating agent, a JET-LF softener, a glacial acetic acid chelating agent, a XAN bridging agent and a nano-TiO2 powder. The finishing process comprises the following: dipping and rolling in a working solution at room temperature; dipping and rolling a second time, the liquid rate being 150%; drying at 80-100℃ for 10 min; baking at 110-140℃ for 4-6 min; boiling at 60-80℃ for 1 h; and drying at 80℃ for 5 min.
