Abstract:
The present invention provides a nano-silver composite bacillus microbial agent for preventing and treating Pestalotiopsis fruit rot and anthracnose of wax apple, and a preparation method therefor. The microbial agent comprises a nano-silver composite bacillus microbial suspension. The nano-silver composite bacillus microbial suspension comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of bacillus subtilis and 0.5-1.5 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The concentration of the nano-silver composite bacillus microbial suspension is adjusted to 2-3 mmol/L by using a silver nitrate solution. The microbial agent of the present invention can effectively inhibit Pestalotiopsis versicolor and Colletotrichum fructicola at the same time. The microbial agent has a film-forming capability, after spraying, a protective film can be formed on the surface of the fruit, and the film can keep composite bacillus and nano-silver in the microbial agent to be attached to the surface of the fruit for a long time.
