Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of cement-based materials, and provides a nano titanium dioxide/biochar composite material, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. In the present invention, nano titanium dioxide is introduced into a micron biochar porous structure, so that the problem of high agglomeration of the nano titanium dioxide is ameliorated; moreover, the nano titanium dioxide reduces the size of Ca(OH)2 and the crystal growth orientation by means of the effects of filling, nucleation and the like in the biochar porous structure, so that more C-S-H gel is generated, pores are filled, an interface transition zone (ITZ) is improved, and enhancement of mechanical properties such as compression resistance and bending resistance are also facilitated. The nano titanium dioxide/biochar composite material of the present invention is doped into a cement-based material, the absorption capability of the surface layer of the base material for CO2 is improved by means of the carbon fixation characteristic and the porous structure of the composite material, and the accelerated hydration characteristic of the nano titanium dioxide accelerates the surface carbonization effect to form a surface calcium carbonate protection layer, thereby improving the durability.
