Abstract:
A nanomagnetism-based scan imaging system and a method. The imaging system comprises: a testing sample module (100) used for raster scan imaging; a quantum probe module (200) used to control, during a scan imaging process, a quantum probe (201) to remain a pre-determined distance from a sample (101) under test; an objective lens module (300) connected to an optical module via a reflection mirror, for performing fine alignment of a distance between the sample (101) under test and the quantum probe (201), and positions thereof, focusing green laser light having a preset wavelength and transmitted from an optical excitation path to an NV center in the quantum probe (201), and collecting red fluorescence emitted from the NV center; and a control module (400) controlling, according to an input control instruction, the testing sample module (100), the quantum probe module (200), and the objective lens module (300) to perform corresponding operations. The imaging system can achieve NV center positioning and quantum magnetic scan imaging by means of linked operations of the multiple modules. The invention effectively improves the level of automation while achieving imaging in changeable environments, such as under room temperature and normal atmosphere, thereby meeting demands for microscopic magnetic imaging.
