Abstract:
A nanomaterial. The nanomaterial comprises ZnO nanocrystals, and surface ligands bound to the ZnO nanocrystals. The structure of each surface ligand is as shown in the following formula (I), in formula (I), R1, R2, and R3 being each independently selected from at least one of an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a hydroxyalkoxy group, a hydroxy group, and hydrogen atoms, R4 being selected from a hydrocarbon group having 5 to 60 carbon atoms, and the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group, the alkoxy group, and the hydroxyalkoxy group being 1-5. The surface ligands of ZnO nanocrystals can not only passivate defect states caused by dangling bonds and oxygen vacancies on the surfaces of the ZnO nanocrystals, but also regulate the electron mobility of the ZnO nanocrystals and improve solution stability.
