Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a nanoparticle complex for treating disease, and a method for producing same. More specifically, the present invention pertains to: a nanoparticle complex, wherein a tubular lipid structure is bonded to a portion of the surfaces of nanoparticles, thus enabling endocytosis as well as direct penetration through cell membranes, the nanoparticles can be effectively ingested into spheroid-type tumor cells due to the improved tissue penetration ability thereof, and a lipid structure of a sufficient length can be formed on the surfaces of the nanoparticles by controlling the ratio between a phospholipid bonded to a second reaction group that is used in the formation of the lipid structure and a phospholipid that is not bonded to the second reaction group; and a method for producing same.
