Abstract:
An oral nanoparticle-encapsulated antibiotic, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The nanoparticle-encapsulated antibiotic comprises an antibiotic and a degradable biocompatible polymer encapsulating the antibiotic, wherein the biocompatible polymer comprises a monosaccharide-modified polyethylene glycol-poly(lactic acid-glycolic acid)) copolymer (PEG-PLGA), which can significantly ameliorate damage of the oral antibiotic to intestinal flora and prevent the destruction of microbial population, thereby preventing chronic diseases associated with intestinal microbial dysbiosis, and same has a good biocompatibility and long-term safety.
