Claims:
CLAIMS

1- Filter Body (1) is combined with the filter lower cover and it is a cylinder-shaped part with oil channels on its sides; a cylinder-shaped magnet (6) slot is carved in the middle of this part.

2- Spacer (2) is the connection element between the oil channels (1) and filter upper cover (3), and it leads the pressurized oil from the oil pump down into the oil channels (1).

3- Filter Upper Cover (3) leads the pressurized oil from the engine through the hole opened in the middle in a cylindrical shape for an original connection the engine block towards the filter body (1 ) including oil channels.

4- Filter (4) is made of inox (77-micron permeability) and covers the cylinder shaped oil channels (1).

5- Outer Cover (5) enables the oil passing through the filter (4) being separated into its molecules to hit the filter’s outer cover body (5) and ensures that the molecules are transformed back into the oil state in the space between the filter (4) and the filter’s outer cover body (5).

6- Magnet (6) attracts the metal parts and particles inside the oil transmitted to the filter body (1 ) through the filter’s upper cover (3).

7- Oil Inlet Channel (7) is located on the filter’s upper cover (3) and leads the oil that is pressurized by the oil pump into the filter.

8- Filter Upper Cover Oiling Channels (8) are located on the filter’s upper cover (3) and help transmit the oil to the channel that carries out the oiling with the existing system to the engine block.

9- Filter Lower Cover Oiling Channel (9) is located on the bottom part of the filter body (1) and lets the oil filtered and cleared by the filter (3) through the bottom part of the filter body (1 ).

NANOTECHNOLOGICAL FILTER PRODUCTION Technical Field

The present invention is a mechanical assembly intended to filter motor vehicles with nanotechnology, improve the engine performance, reduce fuel consumption, provide full protection for the engine, increase the rotative speed of the engine, extend the life of the oil used in the engine by enabling it to renew itself through nanotechnology, and reduce the exhaust emission.

State of the Art

As for the state of the art, there is paper filter used by all automobile companies, which started to be manufactured at the end of 19 th century and continued to be manufactured till today without any change. Since this system is closed circuit, there is no oil outlet in the filters.

Brief Description of the Invention

The present invention is a mechanism that is described above and that will eliminate all the disadvantages and be advantageous as evident from its detailed description. The invention is a mechanical assembly intended to filter motor vehicles with nanotechnology, improve the engine performance, reduce fuel consumption, provide full protection for the engine, increase the rotative speed of the engine, extend the life of the oil used in the engine by enabling it to renew itself through nanotechnology, reduce the exhaust emission, and minimize environmental damage.

It is designed for changing the filtering systems, for factory waste filtering, for sewage filtering systems and for filtering and treating crude oil in refinery filtering systems.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REFERENCES Parts of the Filter Filter Body (1): The specifically designed filter used in this technique enables the engine oil to be separated into its molecules while passing through the filter. It also separates the micron-sized soot, smut, heavy metal and all foreign matters mixed into the oil from the combustion chamber. Following the filtering process, the engine block is oiled from above by the second oil outlet channel located on the filter body. Spacer (2): It is the element connecting the filter body including the oil channels with the upper cover of the filter.

Upper Cover (3): It enables the oil coming from the engine designed to be connected to the engine body to flow into the filter. It ensures that the oil entering into the filter is filtered between the oil channels and the filter and that the filtered oil is returned to the engine through filter’s upper cover. It prevents the oil coming from the engine and the oil filtered through the filter from being mixed together.

Filter (4): This screen is placed over the oil channels on the main body of the filter. It enables the dirty oil from the engine to be separated into its molecules with the help of the pressure from the oil pump and to be filtered. Outer Cover (5): It is the cylinder-shaped element connecting the filter body including oil channels to the guiding system of the filter’s upper cover. It is also the element that leads the oil separated into its molecules with the help of the pressure exerted by the oil pump from the filter to the channel under the filter body including oil channels and to the channels that let the oil leave the filter. It protects the system from environmental factors. Magnet (6): The magnet located inside the filter body separates the metal particles originating from the engine abrasion from the oil and clears the oil returning to the engine from particles.

Oil Inlet Channel (7): This channel is located in the center of the filter’s upper cover and lets the oil to be filtered into the filter. It is similar to the systems in the state of the art.

Filter Upper Cover Oiling Channels (8): These are located on the filter’s upper cover. There can be 5-6 of them depending on the size of the filter. These channels enable the oil that is separated into its molecules and filtered with nanotechnology to follow the path in the well-known systems. It ensures the return of the oil to the oiling channel which is located on the engine block by the engine manufacturers.

Filter Lower Cover Oiling Channels (9): It is located in the filter body. The oil that is separated into its molecules and filtered with nanotechnology is taken to the oil cover located on the engine block through this channel. The oil that reaches the oil cover oils the engine here from above. The engine block is oiled from both above and below by this way.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The oil pressed between the oil channels and the filter is filtered under pressure. With the help of the specially produced filter, the oil is filtered while the foreign matters inside (abrasion by the engine, micron-sized soot, smut and heavy metals from the combustion chamber etc.) are separated from it. And the oil is separated into its molecules.

In the normal filtering systems, the oil pressure is equal to the bar pressure inside the engine when the engine is first started. Taking an engine with a pressure of 4 bars as an example, the oil pressure starts with 4 bars when the engine is started since the oil is cool and new. As the engine gets warmer, the oil also gets warm and the heavy metals and soot from the engine combustion chamber are mixed into it, reducing the viscosity value of the oil. Accordingly, the oil pressure in the engine is also reduced. In the tests and experiments we conducted, we found out that the oil pressure of 4 bars reduced down to 1.4-1.2, or even 0.8 depending on the state of the engine. Since the viscosity value of the oil is reduced due to the decrease in oil pressure, the oil pressed between the working parts of the engine (between the piston and the liner, between the crank and the bearing etc.) is crushed and loses its characteristic. As a result, if the oil is not changed after a certain distance is covered, the oil inside the engine melts and is used up and the engine will not operate. Therefore, engine manufacturers require oil change.

Our nanotechnological filter system enables the oil that is filtered and cleared to return to the engine with the help of the pressure from the oil pump operating in accordance with the engine. Since the foreign matters in the oil are separated by the separator filter, the viscosity of the oil returning to the engine is not declined and the oil returns to the engine from the engine upper cover in a pressurized state, it prevents the friction between the operating parts of the engine by functioning as a whole membrane among them. It prevents the abrasion of the engine by 99%.

Since the oil passing through the engine components under pressure enables all the components to be oiled, this increases the rotative speed of the engine per minute, improves the engine performance and reduces the power gained from the combustion chamber to make engine parts work. As a result, this helps save engine fuel. It allows to reduce the carbon dioxide ratio in the exhaust emission because the soot, smut, heavy metals and foreign matters inside the oil are not led to the exhaust outlet.

Industrial Embodiment of the Invention

The present invention is intended for use with motor vehicles. It is applied in two ways: Atomic Filter and Element Filter

The original filter screw hole and the gear diameter on the engine block using Atomic Filter are manufactured in accordance with the original on the upper cover of the product of the invention. Connection with the engine block is ensured manually like the original atomic filter. It is tightened with the filter wrench. The pipe mounted on the lower cover of the filter is connected to the engine oil cover on the engine.

In the engines with element filter, the element filter cover is removed. The cover on the manufactured element filter is united in accordance with the engine cover. The filter that is produced in accordance with the slot of the removed filter cover is screwed by hand and tightened with the help of a suitable wrench. Areas of Use of the Invention

The present invention uses nanotechnological filter system and it is primarily intended for use in the military area. It is designed in a way to ensure 5 years of warranty for the filter to be used for military purposes. The filter to be used in the civil area will be manufactured separately from the one to be used in the military area as it is commercial and will have a shorter life.
