Abstract:
Provided are a narrow diameter coaxial cable harness, which is made thinner while ensuring desirable waterproofing, and a method of manufacturing same. With a narrow diameter coaxial cable harness (11), at least a portion of a plurality of narrow diameter coaxial cables (12) are divided into a plurality of groups, other than the end portions thereof, with each group respectively passed through a waterproof tube (21) and bundled such that the location relationships of each of the narrow diameter coaxial cables can be changed, and each group passed through through holes (16) in respective waterproof caps (14), and the waterproof caps (14) are watertightly wholly connected with the end parts of the plurality of waterproof tubes (21). Metal pipes (17) are press fitted within the waterproof tubes (21), the waterproof caps (14) are made of elastic materials, and the waterproof tubes (21) are narrowed and compressed in the thickness direction by the waterproof caps (14) and the metal pipes (17).
