Abstract:
Provided are a nata de coco particle screening and rinsing device and screening and rinsing method, and a shell screening and rinsing device. The nata de coco particle screening and rinsing device comprises a primary vibrating screen (1), a secondary vibrating screen (2), a rinsing device, and a defective product box (3), wherein the secondary vibrating screen (2) is arranged below the primary vibrating screen (1), a first conveying belt (4) is arranged below one side of the primary vibrating screen (1), a second conveying belt (5) is arranged at a discharging end of the secondary vibrating screen (2), a third conveying belt (6) is arranged below the secondary vibrating screen (2), and the defective product box (3) is arranged at a discharging end of the third conveying belt (6); and the rinsing device comprises a first flushing pipe (7) arranged above the primary vibrating screen (1), a second flushing pipe (8) arranged above the secondary vibrating screen (2), a first auxiliary flushing pipe (9) arranged at the bottom end of the primary vibrating screen (1), and a second auxiliary flushing pipe (10) arranged at the bottom end of the secondary vibrating screen (2). The nata de coco particle screening and rinsing device is used for finely sorting nata de coco particle grades, such that the qualification rate of products is improved.
