Abstract:
A natural gas temperature-adjusting and pressure-adjusting system capable of absorbing heat in an ultra-low temperature environment based on incoming flow pressure energy recovery, relating to the field of natural gas (NG), comprising pipe NG, compressed NG, and liquefied NG. According to the system, an existing heater is replaced with a pressure driving type heating unit consisting of a vortex pipe (1-1), an air-temperature type heat exchanger (1-2), and an ejector (1-3). By means of the two pressure driving devices, namely the ejector (1-3) and the vortex pipe (1-1), low-temperature NG at an outlet of a cold end of the vortex pipe (1-1) is introduced into the air-temperature type heat exchanger (1-2) to continuously absorb heat from the environment, and gas coming out of a hot end of the vortex pipe (1-1) is heated to directly meet a temperature requirement of a pipe network, thereby achieving the purpose of requiring no energy consumption of a heater.
