Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an NdFeB magnet material, and a raw material composition thereof, a preparation method therefor, and application thereof. A raw material composition of NdFeB magnet material A, containing: 29.5-32.5wt% of R, R being a rare earth element and comprising rare earth metal R1 for smelting and rare earth metal R2 for grain boundary diffusion, R1 comprising Nd, Ho, and Dy and/or Tb, and R2 comprising Dy and/or Tb; 0-0.5wt% of Co; 0.9-1.05wt% of B; 0-0.35wt% of Cu; 0-0.35wt% of Ga; 0-0.5wt% of Al; 0.05-0.45wt% of X, X comprising one or more of Ti, Nb, Zr, Hf, V, Mo, W, Ta, and Cr; and 65-70wt% of Fe. The raw material composition of NdFeB magnet material A does not contain Gd. The NdFeB magnet material of the present invention has high remanence, high coercivity, and good high-temperature performance.
