Abstract:
Provided are: a near-infrared absorbing composition which has excellent infrared shielding properties and visible light transparency, and which enables the production of a film having excellent heat resistance; a film; a near-infrared blocking filter; and a solid-state imaging element. This near-infrared absorbing composition contains a copper compound, a radical trapping agent, and a resin that generates radicals at 180°C or higher.
