Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of biomedicine, and specifically, discloses a near-infrared-responsive injectable microsphere capable of treating a cancer by combining chemotherapy with photothermal therapy and a method for preparing same. The microsphere is mainly prepared by an electrostatic spraying process after adding a composite nanoparticle into a macromolecular polymer. The macromolecular microsphere carrier can reduce the in-vivo clearance effect and maintain a local drug concentration, and the composite nanoparticle can achieve a synergistic effect of chemotherapy and photothermal therapy, thereby improving the actual therapeutic effect. The substrate material adopted by the present invention has good biocompatibility, and the nanoparticle can carry various types of therapeutics for different diseases. Therefore, the microsphere can be effectively applied to the related field of biomedicine and has broad potential clinical applications.
