A nebulizing device of a fluid for skin care and/or protection is described, which is equipped with a supporting and containing structure comprising: a tank (13) containing a fluid to be nebulized; ultrasound nebulizing means of the fluid coming from the tank (13) into atomized micro-particles; outside delivering means of a portion of the micro- particles; and a sensor cooperating with the tank (13) and configured for detecting the depletion or at least the near depletion of the fluid contained inside the tank (13); the nebulizing means further comprise an atomizing core (11) held by an elastic element (10) and a closing ring (6).

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. Nebulizing device of a fluid for skin care and/or protection, said nebulizing device being equipped with at least one supporting and containing structure comprising:

- at least one tank (13) containing at least one fluid to be nebulized;

- ultrasound nebulizing means of at least one portion of said fluid coming from said tank (13) into atomized micro-particles; and

- outside delivering means of at least one portion of said micro-particles;

characterized in that it is equipped with at least one sensor cooperating with said tank (13) and configured for detecting a depletion or at least a near depletion of said fluid contained inside said tank (13) , and in that said nebulizing means comprise at least one atomizing core (11) held by at least one elastic element (10) and at least one closing ring (6) .

Device according to the previous claim, characterized in that said supporting and containing structure is composed of at least one front panel (4) equipped with at least one element with sliding guides (3) of at least one front sliding panel (1), at least one rear panel (12), at least one covering element (15) of said tank (13) and at least one perimeter containing frame (7) .

Device according to any one of the previous claims, characterized in that said fluid to be nebulized is a liquid composed of or containing at least one active principle or at least one tanning/self-tanning substance or of sun protecting substance and/or one or more fragrances and/or various mixtures thereof.

4. Device according to any one of the previous claims, characterized in that it comprises electric supply means at least of said ultrasound nebulizing means, said electric supply means comprising at least one battery (8) .

5. Device according to the previous claim, characterized in that said electric supply means comprise at least one solar panel for a recharge through sun exposure.

6. Device according to any one of the previous claims, characterized in that it comprises at least processing and controlling means configured for managing an operation of said device.

7. Device according to the previous claim, characterized in that it comprises memorizing and storing means cooperating with said processing and controlling means.

8. Device according to any one of the previous claims, characterized in that it comprises "power banking" means to exploit said electric supply means for recharging other mobile devices connected through a micro-USB connection.

Description:
NEBULIZING DEVICE OF A FLUID FOR SKIN CARE AND/OR PROTECTION , IN PARTICULAR OF ACTIVE PRINCIPLES

The present invention refers to a nebulizing device of a fluid for skin care and/or protection, in particular of active principles.

As known, the skin is more and more often subjected to numerous types of stress deriving, for example, from the exposure to atmospheric agents, from smog, from closed environments with heating or conditioned air and, obviously, from the passage of time.

In order to keep the skin under optimum conditions, it is therefore necessary to reinforce the biologic mechanism of the skin itself, preferably through a constant daily hydration.

The art has therefore proposed in the past a whole series of products aimed to a correct care of the skin comprising detergents, masks and sera which have played a fundamental role for treating the skin and keep it young.

Moreover, in the last years, the art has proposed a series of various types of electronic devices such as small rotary brushes, massaging devices, etc., with which it has been possible to integrate the use of the above products for face/skin care in order to improve, quicken and/or increase their effects.

Known devices, however, still have some inconveniences, above all as regards their capability of making the various products penetrate through the skin, mostly regarding daily applications, with enough depth without, at the same time, resulting very annoying or intrusive.

Documents WO-A1-2017/090011, US-B1-9744315, US-A1-2009/272818, EP-A2-2 62833 and WO-A1- 2011/155673 disclose nebulizing devices according to the preamble of Claim 1.

Therefore, object of the present invention is solving the above prior art problems, by providing a nebulizing device of at least one fluid, such as for example a liquid composed of or containing one or more active principles, which allows performing a deep skin care and/or protection action through an ultrasound technology capable of reducing into atomized micro-particles such fluid (for example a solution rich of active principles) which, sprayed onto the skin itself, can penetrate therein efficiently, curing it and/or deeply protecting it.

The above and other objects and advantages of the invention, as will result from the following description, are obtained with a nebulizing device as claimed in Claim 1. Preferred embodiments and non-trivial variations of the present invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

It is intended that all enclosed claims are an integral part of the present description.

It will be immediately obvious that numerous variations and modifications (for example related to shape, sizes, arrangements and parts with equivalent functionality) can be made to what is described, without departing from the scope of the invention as appears from the enclosed claims.

The present invention will be better described by some preferred embodiments thereof, provided as a non-limiting example, with reference to the enclosed drawings, in which:

Figure 1 shows an exploded front perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the nebulizing device according to the present invention; and

Figure 2 shows an exploded rear perspective view of the nebulizing device of Figure 1. With reference to the Figures, it is possible to note that the nebulizing device of a fluid for skin care and/or protection according to the present invention is equipped with at least one supporting and containing structure comprising:

- at least one tank 13 containing at least one fluid to be nebulized;

- ultrasound nebulizing means of at least one portion of such fluid coming from such tank 13 in atomized micro-particles; and

- outside delivering means of at least one portion of such micro-particles.

In a preferred embodiment of the device according to the present invention, such as, for example, the one shown in the Figures, the supporting and containing structure is composed of at least one front panel 4 equipped with at least one element with sliding guides 3 of at least one front sliding panel 1, at least one rear panel 12, at least one covering element 15 of the tank 13 and at least one perimeter containing frame 7, everything held by suitable fastening systems and/or means, such as, for example, joints and/or one or more screws 16.

In order to make it easier for a user to apply the fluid delivered by the device onto the face skin, it is possible to also provide for the presence of at least one mirror element composed, for example, of at least one mirrored/polished metallic surface element 5.

Preferably, the fluid to be nebulized is a liquid composed of or containing at least one active principle composed, for example, of a solution rich of active principles.

Obviously, it can be provided to use several active principles to be nebulized, as well as various mixtures of different active principles.

It can also be provided that such fluid to be nebulized is composed of or containing at least one tanning/self-tanning substance or of sun protecting substance and/or one or more fragrances and/or various mixtures thereof.

In particular, it is possible to provide that the tank 13 is of a rechargeable type in case of depletion of the fluid placed therein and/or if it is desired to nebulize a different fluid and/or active principle; in such case, it is possible to provide that the tank 13 is equipped with at least one filling and recharging opening equipped with a suitable closing plug 14. Alternatively, in order to guarantee fluid hygiene and functionality, it is possible to provide that the tank 13 is a disposable, not rechargeable and sealed container, and the device according to the present invention comprises at least one inserting seat of such container equipped with suitable seal-opening means, for example through tearing or drilling, in order to communicate the fluid contained therein with the nebulizing means upon inserting such container into the seat.

Moreover, it is possible to provide that the device according to the present invention is equipped with at least one sensor cooperating with the tank 13 and configured for detecting, for example through sound and/or light signals (through, for example, at least one light indicator 2) , the depletion or at least the near depletion of the fluid contained inside the tank 13.

Moreover, such inserting seat, in addition to allow a guided insertion, through its own shape, with the exact joint of the container therein, could also be made in a double configuration, in order to be able to house two containers whose volume is equal to half the volume of a single container .

Moreover, the nebulizing means could comprise at least one atomizing core 11 held by at least one elastic element 10 such as, for example, a silicone element and at least one closing ring 6, preferably made of an electro-worked surface coating.

Obviously, the device according to the present invention can further comprise electric supply means at least of such ultrasound nebulizing means. Preferably, such electric supply means comprise at least one battery 8, for example of the rechargeable lithium type (through, for example, a simple USB cable) .

It can also be provided that such electric supply means comprise at least one solar panel having suitable sizes for recharging through exposure to the sun.

Obviously, the device according to the present invention can comprise at least processing and controlling means configured for managing the operation of the device, and in particular of the nebulizing means, as well as of the electric supply means. In particular, such processing and controlling means can be composed of at least one electronic motherboard suitably built and programmed. Moreover, the device according to the present invention could comprise memorizing and storing means cooperating with such processing and controlling means and which allow storing digital information such as data, music, etc.

Moreover, the device according to the present invention could further comprise "power banking" means, for example cooperating with such processing and controlling means, which allow exploiting the electric supply means, and in particular the battery, of the device itself, such as a "power bank" to recharge other mobile devices connected through a micro-USB connection.

In a preferred embodiment thereof, like the one shown and described above, it can be provided that the device according to the present invention is activated by simply sliding the front sliding panel 1 downwards: after this the delivery of the fluid, possibly under the control of the processing and controlling means, is silent, starts immediately and lasts for a certain period of time (such as, for example, 30 seconds) at the end of which the delivery ends and the device is automatically turned off.

As described above, the device according to the present invention is therefore aesthetically pleasant, is practical to be used, very compact, easily transportable in a bag and operating with rechargeable batteries through a small USB cable.

The device according to the present invention therefore produces a very thin fog, very pleasant and delicate on the skin. The particles are very small and the skin, at the end of the delivery, remains dry, since in a fee seconds the product is absorbed by the skin itself, which remains soft and smooth. Moreover, the skin does not remain glossy since the delivered product is absolutely not oily.

Moreover, the delivered product does not generate down-pouring and does not leave residues and, used after make-up, also performs the function of fixing element for the makeup, absolutely not altering the makeup itself.

Moreover, after the use of the device according to the present invention, the skin results more compact and hydrated, tends to be less cracked due to the cold and the possible active principle is quickly absorbed and operates more efficiently with respect to products applied with traditional methods and devices.

Obviously, the device according to the present invention can be made of various colours or in various combinations of colours.
