Abstract:
A necking and blank pressing apparatus for vacuum cups, and a double station-based vacuum cup necking machine. The necking and blank pressing apparatus for vacuum cups comprises a mounting plate (1), two pressing rods (2) movably passing through the mounting plate (1), a connecting frame (3) connected to the top of the two pressing rods (2), and a pressing arm (4) connected to the bottom of the two pressing rods (2); pressing heads (5) are rotatably mounted at both ends of the pressing arm (4), respectively; a servo electric cylinder (6) is mounted between the two pressing rods (2) on the mounting plate (1); the cylinder of the servo electric cylinder (6) is fixed to the mounting plate (1); an electric cylinder rod is connected to the middle part of the pressing arm (4). The double station-based vacuum cup necking machine comprises a machine frame (8); two rotary platforms (9) are provided on the machine frame (8) at intervals; a rotary platform driving component (10) for driving the rotary platforms (9) to rotate is provided below the machine frame (8); cup pressing molds (11) are fixedly provided on the rotary platforms (9); the necking and blank pressing apparatus for vacuum cups is provided on the machine frame (8).
