Abstract:

The present invention provides a needle hub that has little dead space and that can engage with various syringes. To this end, provided is a needle hub which has a recess that is formed by a thermoplastic resin having a tensile elastic modulus of 1400-2500 MPa and that has a circular truncated cone shape for engaging with a male lure slip-type connector set forth in ISO 80369-7:2016 and formed by polypropylene and in which a needle provided closer to the front side than is the recess is mounted, wherein the recess has a depth L of 7.384-7.496 mm and an inner diameter D of 4.316-4.376 mm at the opening and the inner diameter increasingly narrows from the opening with an inclination of 6 percent with respect to the depth.
