Abstract:
Disclosed are a needle-punching shell fabric with napping and a needle-punching process therefor. The needle-punching face with napping is composed of yarns of one of, or mixed-woven yarns of several of, a natural fiber, a chemical fiber and a synthetic fiber, and the needle-punching shell fabric with napping is a single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer common or jacquard fabric. Naps are punched by thick puncture needles and then nap effects and fabric evenness are corrected through fine puncture needles, ejection of fibers through forked puncture needles prior to multiple processes of wool opening and wool collection is not needed, needle punching with napping is achieved at a time, and rich and thick naps and energy cost saving are achieved.
