Abstract:
The present application provides a negative electrode material, and a negative electrode plate, an electrochemical device, and an electronic device comprising the negative electrode material. The negative electrode material is SiMxCy, wherein 0.5≤x≤2, 0.5≤y≤4, and M comprises at least one of boron, nitrogen, oxygen, or aluminum; of the SiMxCy, the particle size of the quantity accumulation degree A% is DNA, the particle size of the volume accumulation degree B% is DVB, and the full width at half maximum of the quantity distribution curve is ΔDN, wherein 2 μm≤(DV50-DN50)≤6 μm, and 1≤(DN99-DN1)/ΔDN≤1.3. The use of the negative electrode material, and the negative electrode plate, electrochemical device, and electronic device comprising the negative electrode material in the present application achieves good cycle performance and energy density.
