Abstract:
Provided is a negative electrode which is obtained using a binder having excellent binding properties and in which water can be used as a replacement solvent for organic solvents in the production of the negative electrode. This negative electrode is characterized by comprising: a compound which is obtained by condensation of poly(acrylic acid) and a polyaminobenzene derivative represented by general formula (1) and/or a self-condensation product of the polyaminobenzene derivative; a cellulose derivative; and a negative electrode active substance.
