Abstract:
A negative electrode plate, and an electrochemical device and an electronic device comprising the negative electrode plate. A negative electrode active material layer of the negative electrode plate comprises a pre-lithiated carbon-doped silicon-oxygen composite material and graphite, wherein an X-ray diffraction pattern of the pre-lithiated carbon-doped silicon-oxygen composite material comprises a diffraction peak corresponding to at least one of Li2SiO3, Li2Si2O5 or Li4SiO. The pre-lithiated carbon-doped silicon-oxygen composite material in the negative electrode plate of the present application has an Si-C bond, such that disproportionation of silicon can be inhibited, which is beneficial for improving the cycle performance of an electrochemical device; in addition, due to lithium silicate that is formed in advance by means of pre-lithiation, irreversible consumption of lithium ions can be reduced, which is beneficial for improving the first coulombic efficiency of an electrochemical device.
