Abstract:

Disclosed are a negative oxygen ion modified PVC hard composite floor and a manufacturing process therefor. The floor comprises a negative oxygen ion PVC substrate layer. A flame-retardant layer is fixedly connected to the top of the negative oxygen ion PVC substrate layer. A wear-resistant layer is fixedly connected to the side of the flame-retardant layer away from the negative oxygen ion PVC substrate layer. A UV strengthening layer is fixedly connected to the side of the wear-resistant layer away from the flame-retardant layer. A glass plate substrate layer is fixedly connected to the side of the negative oxygen ion PVC substrate layer away from the flame-retardant layer. A glass fiber layer is fixedly connected to the side of the glass plate substrate layer away from the negative oxygen ion PVC substrate layer. The present invention has the advantages of good flame retardancy, wear resistance and sound insulation, and solves the problem that the existing PVC floor has a simple structure and a single function, is prone to being worn and damaged due to external factors after used for a long time, is prone to deforming in a high temperature environment, does not have a sound insulation function, and reduces the applicability of a negative oxygen ion PVC decorative board.
