Abstract:
A negative pressure type air separation and purification device, comprising a separating cylinder (1). An air inlet (2) and an air outlet (3) which are symmetrically arranged are formed in the side wall of one side of the separating cylinder (1). A purification channel (4) is provided in the separating cylinder (1), and a rotating rod (5) is rotatably connected to the inner wall of one side of the separating cylinder (1). A rotating motor (6) is installed above the separating cylinder (1), an output end of the rotating motor (6) is fixed to one end of the rotating rod (5), and two symmetrically arranged limiting sleeves (7) are fixed to the inner wall of one side of the separating cylinder (1). A moving plate (8) is slidably connected to the inner wall of one side of the limiting sleeve (7), two symmetrically arranged sliding grooves (9) are formed in the inner wall of one side of the separating cylinder (1), and two symmetrically arranged molecular sieve plates (10) are slidably connected to the inner wall of one side of the separating cylinder (1). Two symmetrically arranged filter plates (11) are slidably connected to the inner wall of one side of the separating cylinder (1), a half gear (12) is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of the rotating rod (5), and a cleaning assembly (13) is provided on the inner wall of one side of the separating cylinder (1). The separation and purification device filters and removes impurities from the incoming air, thereby improving the anti-blocking function of the molecular sieve plates (10).
