Disclosed are a neighborhood aware networking creation method and a related product applied to an electronic device. The method comprises: receiving an access request sent by a first device, wherein the access request carries first usage record information of a third-party application of the first device, and the access request is used for requesting access to a target NAN built by the electronic device; determining, according to the first usage record information, a value of interaction association between the first device and the electronic device; and when the value of interaction association is greater than a preset threshold value, allowing the first device to access the target NAN. By using the embodiments of the present application, an NAN can be created by means of the association between devices, thereby improving the security of the NAN.
