Abstract:
Disclosed is a neodymium iron boron ultrafine powder pretreatment device, for use in mainly solving the problems in the prior art of long period from the collection to the combustion treatment of the neodymium iron boron fine powder, and high labor intensity of workers. The device comprises: an atomizing bin, a water storage bin, a water accumulation bin, a drainage bin, and a combustion bin. An air inlet is provided in the front part of the atomizing bin. An exhaust fan is provided in the rear part of the atomizing bin. The exhaust fan is used for suctioning away air in the atomizing bin. The atomizing bin is provided with a filter net and sprayers. Clipping blocks are provided on the inner top surface of the atomizing bin. The filter net is connected below the clipping blocks. The sprayers are provided on the inner top surface of the atomizing bin. The water storage bin is provided above the atomizing bin. The water accumulation bin is provided in the lower rear part of the atomizing bin. The drainage bin is provided in the lower rear part of the atomizing bin. The drainage bin is provided with magnetic attachment plates, material pushing rods, a water outlet, and a material receiving disc. The magnetic attachment plates are obliquely provided in the drainage bin. The combustion bin is provided in the lower front part of the atomizing bin. The present invention has the advantages of fast treatment, reducing the labor intensity of workers, and high treatment efficiency.
