Abstract:
A network call transfer method and a terminal, relating to the technical field of communications, wherein a network call can be transferred on different terminals, thereby improving the flexibility of a user answering a network call, and satisfying user requirements in different scenarios. The method comprises: a first terminal and a second terminal establishing a signaling channel by means of a first server, and establishing a media channel by means of a second server; after receiving an instruction from a user to transfer a network call between the first terminal and the second terminal, the second terminal sending a first message to the first server by means of the signaling channel, the first message being used to request to transfer the network call of the second terminal to a third terminal; the first server sending a second message to the third terminal according to the first message, the second message being used to request to transfer the network call of the second terminal to the third terminal, and the second message containing an identifier of the media channel; the third terminal joining the media channel by means of the second server according to the identifier of the media channel; and exchanging video data and/or audio data with the first terminal by means of the media channel.
