Abstract:
This network device is provided with the following: a reception unit that receives, from a user terminal, channel-state information corresponding to a channel state for downlink signals to said user terminal from a cell to which said user terminal is connected; a control unit that determines a transmission rate for the channel-state information; and a transmission unit that transmits, to the user terminal, rate information indicating the transmission rate determined by the control unit. The control unit determines the transmission rate for the user terminal on the basis of fixed information that indicates whether the user terminal is a fixed user terminal with limited ability to move.
