Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a network failure diagnosis method and apparatus, a network device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining communication status information of a network device; determining whether or not the communication status information is abnormal according to a preset failure diagnosis strategy; if so, determining, according to correspondences between abnormal communication status information and failure events, a target failure event corresponding to the communication status information; and determining, according to the target failure event, why the network device has experienced a network failure. The method enables an automatic network failure diagnosis, and can be used to determine the cause of a failure, thus improving the efficiency of network failure diagnosis.
