Title:
NETWORK MAINTENANCE SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/081606
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a system capable of automating a series of maintenance and recovery work from a failure and an alarm therefor to recovery. The system comprises: a first server (203), which receives from a maintenance table a notification of an alarm or the failure of a correspondent node on an LTE network; a second server (211), which is connected to the first server (203) and for an IP private branch exchange; and a third server (221), which is connected to the first server (203) and manages stocks and orders. The first server (203) stores a corresponding maintenance scenario for failure and alarm as data in a storage unit. Then, if a failure notification or an alarm of the correspondent node is received from the maintenance table, the first server (203) determines a maintenance scenario in response to the failure or alarm and subsequently notifies the second and/or third server of the determination. The system (210) of the second server (211) arranges for the necessary maintenance personnel. The system (220) of the third server (221) makes inquiries about components necessary for maintenance in order to pick them up, and subsequently orders them.
