Abstract:
A network optimization method using a dynamic virtual LAN configuration is provided. In the network optimization method according to an embodiment of the present invention, multiple pieces of VLAN configuration data applicable to a network are obtained, current traffic state data of the network is collected, optimum VLAN configuration data is selected on the basis of the collected current traffic state data, and the selected VLAN configuration data is applied to the network. As such, by dynamically configuring VLAN appropriate for a preconfigured purpose by using real-time network traffic information on the basis of reinforcement learning, it is possible to automatically optimize the network without effort and time investment of a network manager and without deviation depending on the manager's skill level.
