Provided in the present application are a network sharing method, and a network element and a storage medium. The network sharing method comprises: acquiring second BPM configuration information, which is sent by a second network element, and generating a virtual second BPM according to the second BPM configuration information, wherein the second BPM configuration information is configuration information of a second BPM (S510); determining a first transmission path, wherein the first transmission path passes through the virtual second BPM and a shared radio unit (RU), the shared radio unit (RU) is shared by the first transmission path and a second transmission path, the second transmission path is a service transmission path of a second network element, and the second transmission path passes through a second BPM and the shared radio unit (RU) (S520); and transmitting service data of a first core network by means of the first transmission path (S530).
