Abstract:
Disclosed is a network transmission based digital electric arc furnace electrode control method, comprising: Step 1: using an electric signal acquisition unit to acquire an electric signal from an electrode short network system, and outputting the acquired electric signal; Step 2: a front data processing module performing processing and computation on the electric signal, digitalizing a parameter, and then outputting the signal through network communication; Step 3: a control unit processing the data, and then sending a control signal to an electrode drive unit; Step 4: the electrode drive unit adjusting an electrode according to the control signal. The method uses a high-speed power system monitoring device as a data processing and transmission unit of a regulator, so as to reduce manual maintenance, reduce the accident rate, and extend the service life of the electric arc furnace. Meanwhile, the overall response speed of the electrode regulator system is increased, so as to further stabilize electric arcs, reduce power consumption, and reduce consumption of graphite electrodes. The second objective of the present invention is to provide a network transmission based digital electric arc furnace electrode control system.
