Abstract:
The present invention comprises a first communication section that receives state data from a unit that measures the state of a power storage element, a second communication section that communicates via a specific network, a third communication section that communicates via a communication medium different from the specific network, an operation section including a changeover switch, and a control section that controls communication by the first to third communication sections. The control section transmits the state data from the second communication section in accordance with a setting in the specific network, depending on the state of the changeover switch. When the network unit is activated while the state of the changeover switch is a specific state, the control section communicatively connects with a specific communication device by means of the third communication section.
