Abstract:
Disclosed are a neural multi-functional device and a manufacturing method therefor. The disclosed neural multi-functional device may comprise: a two-dimensional nanomaterial layer having a plurality of holes formed therein; a mask layer which is arranged on the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer, has a plurality of openings exposing the plurality of holes, respectively, and is formed so as to expose regions of the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer around the holes; a plurality of nanotubes which are vertically arranged in the regions of the two-dimensional nanomaterial layer, respectively, and have therein channels for the movement of material; a binding layer arranged so as to fill in between the plurality of nanotubes and the peripheral region to a given height; and an electrode structure arranged on the binding layer to be electrically connected to at least part of the plurality of nanotubes.
