Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a neutral iridium complex containing nitrogen-sulfur four-membered ring coordination, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof in preparation of an organic electronic device, particularly an organic light-emitting diode. The present invention also relates to an organic electronic device comprising the neutral metal iridium complex containing nitrogen-sulfur four-membered ring coordination according to the present invention, in particular, an organic light-emitting diode, and an application thereof in display and lighting technologies. According to the present invention, by means of device structure optimization, the concentration of the neutral metal iridium complex containing nitrogen-sulfur four-membered ring coordination in the matrix is changed, the optimal device performance can be achieved, efficient, high-brightness, and high-stability OLED devices can be conveniently achieved, and good material options are provided for full-color display and lighting applications.
