CLAIMS

1. A drainage mechanism for busses or similar vehicles, providing delivery of water to outside, which condensates in the evaporator part of the air conditioners (1) those are placed on the ceiling of the vehicles, without using very long drainage pipes (2) , by pulverizing again on the ceiling; it is characterized in that; it includes at least one water container (3) , one water pump (4) , one minimum water level sensor (8) and one maximum water level sensor (9) .

2. A maximum water level sensor (9) according to claim 1; and it is characterized in that; it gives the operation command to the water pump (4) when the water level in the water container (3) reaches the maximum level.

3. A minimum water level sensor (8) according to claim 1; and it is characterized in that; it gives the stop command to the water pump (4) when the water level in the water container (3) reaches the minimum level.

4. The drainage mechanism according to claim 1; and it is characterized in that;

- Water (6) that is pumped by the water pump (4) is drained on the condenser core section (7) , so that the performance of the air conditioner (1) is improved with the advantage of additional cooling,

Water (6) that is pumped is pulverized by the condenser fans (5) on the condenser core sections (7) and delivered outside.

Description:

DESCRIPTION

NEW DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONERS

Subject of the invention

This invention relates to ejection of water by pulverizing which condensates in the evaporator part of the air conditioners those are placed on the ceiling of the vehicles in busses or similar vehicles.

State of Prior Art

In the present state of art, the air conditioners are on the ceiling of the vehicles. The water which condensates in the evaporator enters into the air canal with two separate pipes, these pipes are assembled with two Ts. Then, a drainage line is generated by inlaying a wired pipe within the air canal towards the front and the back of the vehicle, and condensed water is ejected in this way. This application is applied both right and left sides of the vehicle. The experienced problems of this present design are as follows:

1. Taking the wired drainage pipe just down the air conditioner is not possible. Because here the profiles used in the side wall are required to be drilled, and this causes the profile to be weaken. Therefore, the drainage pipes are taken down from the front and back sides of the vehicle.

2. The pipes which are taken down from the front body side pass through the profile and during the cover

montage of this profile, the drainage pipe might be pierced.

3. In case of a piercing of the drainage pipe, finding the problematic area takes too much time and its reparation is very difficult.

4. If the drainage pipe is not inclined properly the pipe is chocked and the condensed water fills the air canal causing difficultly repaired damages.

Description of the invention

Purpose of this invention relates to ejecting of water, which condensates in the evaporator part of the air conditioners

(1) those are placed on the ceiling of the vehicles, by pulverizing again on the ceiling of busses or similar vehicles .

The wired drainage pipes (2) which are used currently are blanked out and a 2 - 3 liter plastic water container (3) is placed on the right and left sides of the air canal of air conditioner.

Therefore, water that is condensed in the evaporator part of the air conditioner accrues to this water container (3) . On the water container, one water pump (4) and 2 water level sensors (8 and 9) are used for the minimum and maximum levels of the water. When the water level in the water container reaches the maximum level, water pump (4) operates and drains the water (6) in the water container by a pipe or a hose on the condenser core section (7) . This water is delivered outside through the condenser fans (5) as pulverized.

When the water level in the water container decreases to the minimum level, the water pump (4) stops.

With this invention, below mentioned improvements are aimed. 1. Montage facility will be provided by blanking the drainage pipes out .

2. The problems arising from the piercing of the pipes will disappear.

3. The problems arising from the chocking of the pipes will disappear.

4. Approximately 25 - 30 meters of pipes are used in each vehicle. This pipe is significantly heavy. Blanking the pipe out will be an advantage for the weight of the vehicle .

5. Blanking the wired drainage pipe out will provide a cost advantage .

6. In the present state, there occurs heat transfer to the air from the condenser core sections (7) . In the new situation, heat will be transferred to cold water from the condenser core sections at the same time, so the performance of the air conditioner (1) will improve.
