The present invention relates to a new energy bus. The new energy bus comprises a bus body. The bus body comprises a roof framework located at the top, a roof skin covering the top of the roof framework, and a passenger area top layer located below the roof framework. A liquid heat exchange plate is fixedly arranged on the roof framework, and the liquid heat exchange plate is provided with a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet connected to an air conditioning system. A battery module is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the liquid heat exchange plate. A sealing cover covering the exterior of the battery module is directly or indirectly and sealingly installed on the roof skin. A filling body is arranged between the liquid heat exchange plate and the passenger area top layer, and defines a closed chamber together with the liquid heat exchange plate and the passenger area top layer. A window opening in communication with a passenger area is arranged on the passenger area top layer at the position corresponding to the chamber, and a window body capable of opening and closing the winding opening is arranged at the window opening. A fan used for blowing air to the passenger area through the window opening is arranged in the chamber.
