Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic wet powder fabrication, and specifically relates to a new energy-saving and emission-reducing ceramic powder fabrication process. The main procedure comprises batching, ball milling and slurry preparation, sieving and iron removal, slurry pool homogenization, slurry dehydration, clay cutting, drying, rolling granulation, screening, and rounding treatment. When executing the drying procedure, a drying device is used to reduce the water content of ceramic clay to 7% to 10%. When executing the rolling granulation procedure, the roller surface linear speeds of two extrusion rollers in a roller press are set to 3 to 5 times the speed of a conveyor belt that transports the ceramic clay to the roller press. During the ball milling and slurry preparation procedure, hot water at a temperature of 70-95°C is used, for example, hot water produced by the heat exchange of a hot flue gas of a kiln is added to a ceramic raw material in order to improve the efficiency of ball milling and slurry preparation and reduce energy consumption. The present invention effectively solves the problem that a screen mesh in a friction granulation device is easily damaged, improves the efficiency of ceramic wet powder fabrication, and greatly reduces energy consumption in the production process.
