Abstract:
Disclosed is a device relating to the technical field of agricultural processing and specifically relating to a new fruit and vegetable pre-cooking device. The problems to be mainly solved are poor product quality and the wasting of labour resources caused by the degrees of cooking of cooked fruits and vegetables being different due to the temperature in a jacketed kettle being uneven. A pre-cooking tank (3) is provided with a water inlet (6) and a material inlet (1). A lower end of the pre-cooking tank (3) is provided with a support (13), an electric heater (4) is arranged inside the pre-cooking tank (3), an upper end of an inner side of the pre-cooking tank (3) is provided with an air inlet hole (7), an upper end of the pre-cooking tank (3) is provided with an air pump (5), the air pump (5) is connected to the air inlet hole (7) via a pipeline (2) in the shape of an inverted Y, a placement plate (8) is arranged inside the pre-cooking tank (3), and the placement plate (8) is provided with several through holes (9). The air pump (5) can enable air to enter the pre-cooking tank (3) via the air inlet hole (7), which can enable the degree of cooking of fruits and vegetables on the placement plate (8) to be the same, thereby improving product quality.
