Abstract:
Disclosed is a new green preparation method for trifluorochloroethylene. The method is as follows: in a tubular reactor, 1,1,2-trifluoro-1,2,2-trichloroethane and a catalyst (potassium zinc trihydride) are directly involved in a hydrogenation reaction to generate trifluorochloroethylene, wherein the temperature of the above-mentioned catalytic reaction is 250°C-350°C, the reaction pressure is 0.7-1.0 MPa, and the residence time is 10-20 seconds. The traditional process where zinc powder is used for dechlorination or hydrogen is used for dechlorination through hydrogenation under the action of a noble metal catalyst is avoided throughout the process of the present invention. The present process substantially reduces the production cost of trifluorochloroethylene, and substantially increases the product yield, and the product yield can reach 99% or more.
